Buffalo Biodiesel Inc. is in growth mode and currently seeking a Cook to join our team!
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Head Chef/Sous Chef experience preferred.
- Prior experience preparing hot foods and making sandwiches.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain compliance with health department standards.
- Strong communication skills.
- Responsible for beginning and ending shifts on time, working well under pressure, and meeting food cost targets. Will be preparing meals for breakfast and lunch/dinner for plant employees.
- Maintaining sanitary conditions and cleanliness is a must.
- Creative and hardworking professionals who are committed to the success of our company and themselves.
- Ordering supplies and product for service.
- ServSafe Certified.
Shift:
- Monday to Friday 5:00am - 2:00pm
Pay: $30.00/hr.

Buffalo Biodiesel Inc. has been in business since 2005. We are a growing company that collects and recycles used cooking oil. With over 20 years in business, we collect, and process used cooking oil to produce Biodiesel, a carbon reducing alternative fuel to Hydrocarbons. We operate in 15 States with service to over 30,000 locations and growing. Buffalo Biodiesel Inc. is subject to and complies with the Federal Drug-Free Workplace Act.
