School Psychologist (High School)

We are seeking a dedicated School Psychologist to join a supportive educational team in New Castle, Delaware. This full-time position will support a high school caseload throughout the full school year, providing critical evaluation services and collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to help students achieve success.

This opportunity offers flexibility with hybrid work options available, allowing for a balanced approach to on-site collaboration and independent responsibilities.

Position Details
Location: New Castle, Delaware
Caseload: High school students
Schedule: Full-time, full school year
Work Arrangement: Hybrid opportunities available
Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations for high school students.
Complete assessment reports and communicate evaluation findings to educational teams.
Participate in IEP meetings, eligibility meetings, and multidisciplinary team discussions.
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and related service providers to support student needs.
Provide recommendations and consultation regarding academic, behavioral, and social-emotional supports.
Maintain accurate documentation while ensuring compliance with state and federal special education requirements.
Qualifications
Active Delaware School Psychologist License required.
Master's, Specialist (Ed.S.), or Doctoral degree in School Psychology.
Strong assessment, communication, and collaboration skills.
Experience supporting high school students preferred.
