About the Role:
Join Klaus Roofing System Upstate New York as a Roofing Sales Representative, where you'll have the opportunity to connect with homeowners and provide them with top-notch roofing solutions. Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
Conduct on-site assessments to determine roofing needs and solutions.
Prepare and present detailed proposals and contracts to clients.
Negotiate pricing and terms to close sales effectively.
Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to educate clients.
Collaborate with the installation team to ensure customer satisfaction.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.
Utilize CRM software to track leads and manage customer interactions.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the roofing or construction industry.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to assess roofing needs and provide tailored solutions.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or marketing is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
