Warehouse ManagerThis is a fast-growing consumer products company. As Warehouse Manager, you'll own the building end to end — receiving, inventory accuracy, and outbound performance are decisions that directly shape cost per order. It's a hands-on leadership role for someone who wants real ownership of an operation and the numbers behind it.ResponsibilitiesDirect daily floor operations — set release sequencing, assign labor across receiving, picking, and packing, and hit carrier cutoffs, including absorbing promotional and launch volume spikes.Own receiving and inventory accuracy — verify inbound against purchase orders, post receipts the same day they land, and run the cycle count program end to end.Hire, train, and manage the warehouse team, including a direct-report receiving lead, and build schedules against forecasted volume.Maintain safety, sanitation, and lot-traceability standards required in a food and supplement distribution environment, keeping the facility audit-ready at all times.Monitor labor hours, packaging costs, and third-party fulfillment charges, bringing cost-reduction proposals backed by data.QualificationsRequiredFive or more years running a distribution or fulfillment operation, with at least two years managing a team directly.Hands-on experience with a WMS and inventory management system.Able to be on the floor in a warehouse environment, lift, stand for a full shift, and operate or certify on material handling equipment.PreferredExperience in consumer packaged goods, supplements, or high-SKU-count ecommerce.ShipHero and/or Cin7 experience.Experience managing a third-party fulfillment relationship, including volume allocation and chargebacks.Benefits• Medical, Dental, Vision• Paid Time OffDisclaimer: The compensation and benefits information in this posting represent a good faith and reasonable estimate of what it might pay for this position.
