$22.00 - $26.00/hour + Full Benefits Package

Benefits for the Facilities Maintenance Technician II position include:

• Weekly pay! - $22.00 - $26.00/hour, dependent on your experience and skills.

Essential Functions for the Facilities Maintenance Technician II Position:

• Ensure that service delivery to the client is timely and of the highest quality.
• Lock and secure all buildings on campus for the night prior to leaving.
• Perform repairs and troubleshooting of the facility's electrical, HVAC, and plumbing.
• Minor troubleshooting of faulty electrical systems/circuits.
• Minor HVAC PMs; replace filters.
• Replace door locks and hardware.
• Repair and maintenance of floors, stairways, partitions, drywall, painting, doors, windows, and furniture.
• Drive company vehicle as needed.
• Small project work.
• Utilize CMMS work order system.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Requirements for the Facilities Maintenance Technician II Position:

• Possess outstanding customer service skills and can-do attitude with excellent attendance.
• 3 plus years of general maintenance experience.
• Craft License or certificate in one trade preferred, especially HVAC, Carpentry or Electrical.
• Basic computer knowledge including work order systems and email.
• Must have the ability to complete required safety classes.
• Personal hand tools.
• Must be able to pass BCI and FBI background check as well as Drug Screen.
• Valid Driver's License and ability to be covered by company insurance policy.
