Resident Services CoordinatorThe Resident Services Coordinator provides exceptional customer service for all residents, guests and vendors.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide Class "A" customer service – Building a good rapport with residents and going above and beyond whenever possibleMeet and greet all visitors such as residents, guests and prospectsRespond to tenant questions and complaints in a timely mannerEnsure that only authorized individuals enter the buildingManage incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate destinationManage resident packages and mail, including scanning incoming and outgoing packages dailyAssist the Resident Services Manager with any resident events, communication with residents (notices) and scheduling preventative maintenance inspectionsEnter maintenance issues into Yardi to create tickets for the maintenance teamEnsure that equipment used by the residents is well maintained, used appropriately, tracked and returnedCoordinate reservation for amenity space, loading elevators and loading dockComplete daily building walks, looking for maintenance items, reorganizing furniture/décor and cleaning up whenever neededStay in compliance with fair housing regulationsWork scheduled shifts, including weekends (if needed)Perform other duties as neededQualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent (GED)Strong customer service background1 year of high-end customer service experience is needed and 3 years is preferredAbility to work holidays required. These may include, but are not limited to, your skills, experience, training, licensure, certifications, and the specific needs of the organization. The posted range does not reflect adjustments for geographic differentials tied to where the role may be filled.At Comstock, it is not typical for a new hire to start at or near the top of the posted range. Compensation is determined based on the unique circumstances of each candidate.You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program. Any award under this program is subject to its rules and may depend on individual and organizational performance.Virginia Compensation Range $20 —$25 USD
