Bemana is seeking a Service Coordinator in Sterling, VA for a cooling tower services company. This in-person role will coordinate HVAC service technicians, schedules, and project timelines. Looking for someone with relevant experience who is eager to grow into additional responsibilities over time!

Position Offers:

• Up to $80,000 depending on experience. If your target pay is higher, we still encourage you to apply—we could request adjustments based on experience and market conditions

Job Duties:

• Schedule service jobs and assign technicians based on skill set, workload, and availability.

• Coordinate with customers to confirm appointments, access requirements, and timelines.

• Serve as the primary internal and customer-facing contact for service-related inquiries.

• Process warranty claims and submit required documentation to manufacturers.

• Monitor safety compliance across the service team and reinforce company safety standards.

• Maintain service records, technician timesheets, and job-related documentation.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in service coordination, dispatching, or related administrative role.

• Service Titan experience preferred and overall proficiency with scheduling software, CRM, and service management systems.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and technicians.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.

• Basic understanding of warranties, service operations, and parts coordination.

• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
