Job Title: Salesforce Solution ArchitectJob Location: Atlanta, GARole• Salesforce Solution Architect with minimum of 10 years of experience• Provide consultative sales expertise on Salesforce Sales Service Cloud and business technical landscape for the purpose of sales influence and enablement in partnership with the Sales Industry Sales teams Activities to include but not limited to• Prospect and client sales assist calls site visits if applicable• Consultative client focused sales solution design• Build effective accurate solution proposals ballparks estimates and project resource plans and respective slideware and materials• Provide consultative expertise on how the Salesforce platform can be best leveraged to support business processes and drive business results• Successfully demo offerings and accelerators to prospects clients sales teams and salesforce to drive awareness of our solutions and enable salesKey Responsibilities• Experience building applications using Lightning Visualforce and UI related coding techniques• Understanding usage of declarative development in Salesforce implementations Apex Triggers LWC Workflow Rules Validations Lightning Components Reports Dashboard• Experience in object modelling in Salesforce and understanding of fundamental database concepts• Understanding and working knowledge integrating third party components with Salesforce using RESTSOAP APIs or Data Loader• Salesforce Sales Service Cloud Solution Architect will support building and expanding Sales Service Cloud focused initiatives by collaborating with sales and delivery teams to provide technical functional and industry expertise where Salesforce Sales Service Cloud is being positioned as a solution option This role will be engaged to• Provide deep Salesforce enterprise architecture with a focus on Sales Service Cloud and related ecosystem ie app exchange apps related 3rd party tools thought leadership• Closely align with Salesforce Product teams to both receive and provide guidance and platform thought leadership within the ecosystem• Define end to end systems architecture and design in accordance with business operational requirements to design develop specifications for interfaces system integration interface and solution data models• Create relevant reusable thought leadership materials including blogs webinars capabilities content and customer stories• Support Professional Development Manager in developing consulting talent organizationally within Core Sales ServiceQualifications• Ability to build and present Salesforce solutions that connects business case in oral written communications to CSuite stakeholders• 15 years Salesforce consulting and implementation experience• Experience implementing Community Cloud and or Service CloudConsulting experience• Experience in leading and implementing cloud solutions in various industries retail banking finance travel hospitality healthcare etc
