Senior AI Solutions Engineer

Salary: $140,000 - 180,000 per year Requirements:

• We need 5+ years of technical experience in a hands-on role such as AI development, technical product management, systems engineering, or a similar discipline, including at least 2 years of direct AI-building experience as an individual contributor.
• We expect strong familiarity with the Claude ecosystem, including Skills, Artifacts, Projects, Cowork, and MCP, and practical experience building agents and workflows in Claude.
• We are looking for a proven AI builder with something tangible to demonstrate, such as a workflow, agent, integration, or tool, and comfort working with APIs, prompt engineering, and lightweight integrations.
• We require awareness of AI security considerations, including data flows, prompt injection risks, model data retention policies, and shadow IT, with familiarity in ISO 27001, SOC 2, or NIST frameworks considered a plus.
• We need someone who is self-directed, able to identify gaps, design solutions, execute independently, and escalate appropriately when access or infrastructure is outside scope.
• We value strong communication skills, including the ability to explain complex multi-agent systems to technical audiences and the business value of AI to non-technical stakeholders.
• We are seeking a collaborative and empathetic partner who can support non-technical employees with patience and clear guidance.
• We prefer an IC-oriented professional who is energized by building and enabling rather than managing people.
• We want a self-driven practitioner who stays current with AI developments through personal experimentation and brings practical insights back to the team.

• We build, deploy, and maintain agentic workflows, AI automations, and lightweight integrations across the Claude ecosystem.
• We prototype solutions for teams, troubleshoot issues when they arise, and act as the primary resource for employees who need help with AI tooling.
• We work with APIs, MCP servers, prompt engineering, and connected platforms, and we coordinate clean handoffs to IT or Infrastructure when needed.
• We serve as the AI security resource within IT by advising on best practices, implementing governance frameworks, and helping keep AI adoption secure and compliant.
• We provide guidance on data classification, access controls, audit logging, shadow IT risk mitigation, and vendor security reviews for new AI tools.
• We train employees and teams through one-on-ones, small-group workshops, and hands-on build sessions to help them use Claude more effectively.
• We partner with department leaders to identify workflows where AI can improve efficiency, reduce manual work, or unlock new capabilities.
• We design and establish intake processes, adoption metrics, and feedback loops, then use the data to continuously improve AI usage across the company.
• We stay informed about the AI market, evaluate new tools against our security and compliance standards, and return practical recommendations.
