Business Analyst I (Markets Support Analyst)

Position Details:

• Position: Business Analyst I (Markets Support Analyst)
• Industry: Banking/Financial Services
• Job Duration: 5 Months (Possible Extension/Conversion)
• Location: Jacksonville, FL 32256 (Hybrid after training)
• Schedule: Monday – Friday | 40 Hours/Week
• Pay Rate: $24 to $24.65/Hour
• Interview Process: Video Interview / In-Person

Project Scope / Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Assist with Stock Loan, Corporate Bonds, and Equity Financing trading desks.
• Pre-match future-dated trades and coordinate settlements.
• Agree cash values with external clients and update internal systems.
• Process cash movements, recalls, journals, and reconciliation breaks.
• Prioritize and resolve settlement exceptions and operational risk items.
• Support process improvements in a fast-paced operations environment.

Nice to Have Skills/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Previous experience in Securities Lending Operations is a plus.
