In return, we offer you great career opportunities to grow yourself in a truly global culture where respect, value creation, collaboration, integrity, and gratitude are highly valued and exhibited in everything we do.Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign ExecutionExecute integrated marketing campaigns for Yokogawa Industrial Automation products, systems, software, and technologies.Translate strategic campaign objectives into detailed marketing activities, content requirements, timelines, and deliverables.Implement campaigns across multiple channels, including:Premium content and eBook.Website and landing pages.Social mediaDigital advertisingWebinars and virtual eventsArticles and thought leadership contentEmail marketing and nurture programsVideos and multimedia contentSales enablement collateralEnsure consistent messaging, branding, and customer experience across all campaign touchpoints.Project & Workflow ManagementConvert campaign strategies into actionable work plans and clearly defined tasks.Manage assigned projects, priorities, and deliverables using Monday.com.Partner closely with the Marketing Project Manager to track deadlines, coordinate resources, and ensure on-time delivery.Proactively identify project risks, dependencies, bottlenecks, and resource constraints and escalate appropriately.Participate in campaign planning meetings, status reviews, and post-campaign evaluations.Content Development & LocalizationDevelop, adapt, and coordinate marketing content aligned with campaign objectives.Collaborate with Product and Industry Marketing Managers to localize global content for the North American market.Work with subject matter experts to ensure technical accuracy and relevance for target industries.Maintain content quality, consistency, and alignment with Yokogawa brand guidelines.Digital Marketing & Lead GenerationSupport lead generation and pipeline growth through effective campaign execution.Optimize marketing assets for engagement, conversion, and campaign performance.Work with Digital Marketing teams to improve campaign reach and effectiveness.Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements based on data and insights.Cross-Functional CollaborationServe as a key liaison between Marketing Services, Product Marketing, Industry Marketing, Digital Marketing, Sales, and external vendors.Coordinate approvals, reviews, and stakeholder feedback.Contribute ideas for improving marketing effectiveness, campaign processes, and customer engagement.Skills & CompetenciesRequiredHighly proactive self-starter with strong ownership and accountability.Ability to work independently with minimal direction.Strong project management and organizational skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to translate complex campaign strategies into actionable tasks and deliverables.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and deadlines.Experience working in cross-functional, matrixed organizations.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management platforms such as Monday.com.Creative & Technical SkillsProficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, including:PhotoshopIllustratorInDesignExperience creating and adapting digital marketing assets across multiple formats.Familiarity with webinar platforms (ON24), marketing automation systems (Pardot), CRM platforms (Salesforce), website CMS tools, and social media management tools (Agorapulse).Experience & QualificationsMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism, or a related field.3+ years of B2B marketing experience.Demonstrated experience executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.Experience managing marketing projects with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.Preferred QualificationsExperience in industrial automation, manufacturing, process industries, or technology-focused B2B marketing.Knowledge of one or more of the following industries:Power & UtilitiesOil & GasChemicals & PetrochemicalsEnergy & SustainabilityExperience supporting technical products, software solutions, instrumentation, control systems, or digital transformation initiatives.Success MeasuresDelivery of marketing activities on time and within scope.Contribution to marketing-generated leads and pipeline opportunities.Successful execution of annual marketing plans.Growth in brand awareness, customer engagement, and campaign performance.Effective collaboration with Product and Industry Marketing Managers.Consistent adherence to processes, deadlines, and quality standards.Yokogawa is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
