Dermatology Health & Science Specialist VIT - Dallas, TX

Pfizer seeks a field-based specialty sales professional to drive adoption of dermatology therapies in Dallas, Texas. The role involves strategic engagement with dermatologists and healthcare providers to launch products, ensure patient access, and deliver clinical value across assigned accounts.

Responsibilities

• Execute territory and account strategies to drive demand and achieve sales objectives
• Build relationships with dermatologists, advanced practice providers, and office stakeholders through in-person and virtual engagement
• Deliver clinical and product messaging using approved materials to influence prescribing behavior
• Navigate formulary access, reimbursement pathways, and patient support resources to improve access
• Support product launches and provide field insights to inform brand strategy

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (8+ years with associate's, 10+ with high school diploma)
• Minimum 3 years in pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device sales, marketing, or aligned healthcare provider experience
• Valid US driver's license with compliant driving record; no DUI/DWI within past 7 years
• Specialty sales experience, preferably in dermatology, immunology, or inflammation
• Understanding of complex disease states, biologics, and specialty reimbursement pathways
• Digital engagement capability and comfort with hybrid selling models

Compensation: $108,600 - $250,700 base annual salary, plus sales incentive bonus
