Account Specialists (Dallas, TX Region - Multiple Territories)

Role Field-based Account Specialist responsible for driving clinical and commercial engagement within assigned Texas territories (Bedford, East Dallas, Fort Worth, Frisco, Plano, South Dallas, Tyler, West Dallas). Objectives build customer relationships, support product adoption, and execute sales strategies to meet/exceed territory goals during product launch and commercialization phases. Responsibilities implement territory business plans foster healthcare provider connections educate on therapy address patient pathways collaborate with Market Access, Medical, and Patient Services teams support launch activities Qualifications 5+ years in CNS or specialty pharma sales, deep knowledge of complex patient pathways and prescriber dynamics, experience with product launches, formulary strategies, and hospital/institutional sales preferred. Additional skills proven performance against quotas, familiarity with specialty pharmacy, and strong communication skills. High-value specifics CNS focus, product launch experience, hospital and institutional account engagement, and prior success in early market penetration.
