Job Description

Responsibilites for the Project Manager - Commercial Construction

• Experience in ground up commercial construction required
• Manage all phases of commercial construction projects, ensuring they meet quality, budget, and timeline expectations.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other team members to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders, addressing any challenges proactively.
• Oversee procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring cost efficiency and timely delivery.
• Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business opportunities.
• Resolve project-related issues promptly to maintain workflow and minimize delays.
