This opportunity is with a well-established commercial general contractor. The company operates as a large organization, offering expertise in delivering commercial construction solutions to clients across diverse sectors. We are seeking to add a Project Manager - Commercial Construction to our team!

Job Description

Responsibilites for the Project Manager - Commercial Construction

Experience in ground up commercial construction required
Manage all phases of commercial construction projects, ensuring they meet quality, budget, and timeline expectations.
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other team members to ensure seamless project execution.
Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders, addressing any challenges proactively.
Oversee procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring cost efficiency and timely delivery.
Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business opportunities.
Resolve project-related issues promptly to maintain workflow and minimize delays.

A successful Project Manager - Commercial Construction should have:

A solid understanding of commercial construction processes and best practices.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
A track record of successfully delivering commercial construction projects on time and within budget.
A relevant educational background in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
