About the Role

As a Licensed Clinical Supervisor, you'll play a dual role: supporting your own caseload while providing clinical supervision, mentorship, and leadership to pre-licensed therapists in our practice.

Responsibilities

Provide clinical supervision in line with NH regulations Mentor staff through case consultation, feedback, and training Support documentation and ethical compliance Deliver high-quality therapy (individual, couples, family) Maintain EHR records (Valant) and coordinate care externally

Qualifications

Master's or Doctoral degree in behavioral health field Fully licensed in NH (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, Psychologist) Approved supervisor per NH Board of Mental Health Practice 2+ years post-licensure experience (supervision experience preferred) Strong clinical and leadership skills; love of teamwork
