We are currently looking for French-speaking Customer Service Advisors to join an elite team in Portugal's stunning capital. What you'll be doing: In this role, you aren't just answering calls; you are a brand ambassador ensuring every customer feels heard and valued. Support Champion: Provide top-tier assistance via phone and email to resolve various customer inquiries. Information Expert: Use established procedures to deliver accurate, complete, and valid information. Accountability: Take full ownership of customer queries to ensure they are resolved quickly and professionally. Relationship Builder: Build meaningful, friendly connections with our community in every interaction. What we are looking for: Language Proficiency: Fluency in French (C1/C2) and a strong working knowledge of English (B2) . Tech Intuition: The confidence to troubleshoot basic technical issues related to systems, devices, and connectivity. Clarity: The ability to guide customers through complex procedures with patience and ease. Eligibility: You hold EU Citizenship, a valid Residence Card, or a Manifest of Interest.
