Remote Finance Administrator

Remote Recruitment is hiring a remote Finance Administrator to support a UK-based employer from South Africa. You'll keep the finance function running smoothly behind the scenes. This is a fully remote role working 09:00–17:00 UK time (11:00–19:00 SAST).

Key responsibilities:

Process invoices, expenses and supplier payments
Maintain accurate finance records and filing systems
Reconcile accounts and chase outstanding items
Prepare routine finance reports and spreadsheets
Liaise with suppliers, clients and the wider team on finance queries

What you'll need:

Experience in a finance administration or accounts support role
Confident use of Excel or Google Sheets
Familiarity with accounting or ERP software
Clear written and spoken English
A reliable home internet connection and quiet workspace
