We are seeking a dedicated Pediatrician to join our practice. The ideal candidate is clinically strong, team-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality preventive and acute care in a medical home model. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive outpatient care including well‑child visits, immunizations, and management of acute and chronic pediatric conditions Monitor growth and development and provide anticipatory guidance Collaborate with nursing staff, behavioral health, and subspecialists to coordinate care Participate in shared call schedule (minimal hospital responsibilities if applicable) Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record Engage in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives Qualifications MD or DO degree Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics Active (or eligible for) state medical license Strong interpersonal and communication skills Commitment to patient- and family-centered care #J-18808-Ljbffr
