Job Title: RN Profession: Nursing Specialty: Med Surg Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 19:00 - 07:00 Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 1 year License: Active RN license in Tennessee Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIH Must-Have: Med Surg/Telemetry experience, IV insertion skills Description: Open to 48 hours guaranteed and weekend block scheduling. Providing quality health care for over 60 years. Employs more than 1,000 employees and 300 physicians. Fully accredited and governed by a local board of trustees. The facility is a 167-bed healthcare facility with Level III trauma center status. State specific checks are required for all clinical staff. All clinical staff must be checked against the Tennessee Abuse Registry prior to assignment start date. Results are required before the start date. The unit serves a diverse patient population across all ages. Common responsibilities include patient rounding, medication administration, and collaboration with the healthcare team. Must display professionalism and strong interpersonal skills. The dress code includes scrubs of any color, while casual wear is not acceptable.
