Registered Nurse - Night Shift

This is a 13-week contract position.

Night shift from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, working three 12-hour shifts per week.

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team on the night shift in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. The ideal candidate will have a background in acute care rehab and be able to manage a patient ratio of 1:6. Responsibilities will include patient assessments, medication administration, dressing changes, and assisting with various nursing procedures.

• Conduct patient assessments and health history evaluations.
• Administer medications and perform medication reconciliation.
• Oversee dressing changes and assist with aseptic procedures.
• Manage phlebotomy tasks, including specimen labeling and collection.
• Provide telephone triage and assist with pharmacy-related calls.
• Care for patients with diagnoses including CVA, TBI, ABI, spinal cord injuries, and other neurological conditions.

• Minimum of 1 year of registered nursing experience is required.
• BLS certification is required.
• Experience with EPIC charting system is mandatory.
• Pass a Pass/Fail EKG exam as part of compliance.
• Candidates must float between all campuses as needed.
