Marketing Content Manager

Leading a team of Content Specialists, the full-time remote Marketing Content Manager will develop and execute consumer messaging and content strategies to enhance member engagement and promote the utilization of health services among client employees. Key responsibilities Manage the Content Team to create engaging outputs that drive consumer behaviors Lead the development and execution of content strategies and new communication channels Utilize data insights to optimize content effectiveness and oversee quality assurance of final outputs Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in journalism, marketing, or a related field 5+ years of experience in content development with a focus on B2C marketing Preferred experience in healthcare and familiarity with traditional and digital marketing channels Experience identifying and implementing AI solutions for content development Proficiency in MS Office Suite and knowledge of Adobe InDesign is a plus
