Content Marketing Manager

Role Overview We are looking for a natural storyteller to help bring the MedTrainer brand to life, providing valuable thought leadership and generating purchase demand. The writer will do this through both short‑ and long‑form writing (ads, emails, press releases, blogs, guides, etc.), webinars, videos, graphics, and podcasts. The content marketing manager will be instrumental in evolving MedTrainer’s voice, pushing new strategies forward, and adjusting as needs change. Reporting to the Head of Content, you’ll work closely with graphic design, product marketing, demand generation, and other teams. You thrive in a fast‑paced environment, are eager to learn, and want to make an impact at a growing SaaS company. What You’ll Do Content Creation: Create high‑quality, engaging storytelling communications and copy across a variety of channels, including emails, blog posts, websites, white papers, infographics, sales collateral, and more. Content Strategy: Gain an understanding of the healthcare compliance field and audiences and translate product value propositions and messaging into clear and compelling content that drives awareness and action. Thought Leadership: Use data, research, and information provided by subject matter experts, and structure it into a compelling story. Campaign Support: Write email copy and develop targeted content that drives lead generation and pipeline. Experiment With AI: Identify ways that AI can improve content efficiency and work to build processes that incorporate AI. Webinars: Plan all aspects of content for webinars, including topic identification, working with subject matter experts, and crafting presentations that provide value while aligning with MedTrainer’s goals. Project Management: Maintain content calendars, schedules, and processes to keep projects of all sizes on track and aligned with marketing goals. Qualifications 2-3 years of experience writing and editing content in a similar role. Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, marketing, or related field. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment. Demonstrated ability to think critically and anticipate what’s next. Experience using AI to effectively assist in creating content. Willingness to learn and passionate about doing great work. Detail‑oriented with excellent project management and organizational skills. Nice to Have Experience writing in AP style. Experience in SaaS or healthcare. Experience with webinars, videos, or multimedia content.
