Key Responsibilities

• Manually package chocolate by hand, moving 10 lb bars from larger boxes into smaller boxes (5 bars per box)
• Assemble boxes and insert bags for packaging
• Operate and monitor machines including taping and labeling equipment
• Handle food safety documentation and quality tracking (paper and electronic) following standard procedures
• Record production quantities, mark goods, move products to storage, and maintain accurate records
• Move heavy boxes (up to 50 lbs) onto pallets using assisted lift when needed
• Perform other duties as assigned to support production flow

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Food Safety Training
• OSHA Training
