7 Devils Bar SupervisorAs a 7 Devils Bar Supervisor, you'll assist in the supervision of the front-of-house bar operations. You'll build on your skills and discover new ones. You'll assist the restaurant manager in training and development the bar team members. At times you will also assist in overseeing all restaurant operations in the absence of the manager and supervisor. You'll work with the team to produce elevated beverage offerings and help create outstanding experiences. If you have:Develop bar training manual for entry level seasonal team membersAssist manager to develop and cost cocktail recipes ensuring fast and accurate serviceUphold sanitation practicesDrive guest service and repeat businessEnsure all bar POS menu items are programmed correctly and priced consistently across resort venuesEnsure the bar is well stocked with ingredients to produce all items on the menu to avoid shortagesCreate, modify and institute bartender checklists and ensure bartenders follow procedures on a daily basisGuide all bartenders to monitor and avoid guest alcohol over-consumptionAbide by all Idaho State liquor laws and requirementsAbide by all Valley County sanitation mandatesDevelop and maintain positive working relationships with others, and support teams to reach common goalsWelcome / greet guests and know regular guests by name, preference and needsClearly understand the needs of your guests and be able to provide service at a high levelAbility/flexibility to work 40 hours per week including mornings, evenings, weekends and/or holidaysStrong leadership skills and ability to manage train and motivate a diverse employee groupKnowledge of computers is sufficient to fulfill supervisor functionsStable and progressive work historyEndure extreme variance of weather conditions, and dress accordingly for all conditionsLifting heavy objects repeatedly along maintaining the restaurant workspace and guest spaceMaintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assetsAbility to oversee all restaurant operations in the absence of the manager and supervisor.• 3 years of previous bartending experience in high volume upscale bars + 1 year supervisor experience in full-service restaurants are required for this position• Team Leader excelling in mentorship and bar staff training• Expert in cocktail preparation and execution• Strong general knowledge of spirits and beer• Intermediate knowledge of wine and ability to market, share tasting notes, and pair with food• Must enjoy working and interacting with the public• Must be over 21 years of age• Education: High School or GED• Attitude - fresh, optimistic, enthusiastic, and service-laced.
