A residential apartment community is seeking a skilled Maintenance Superintendent to oversee the upkeep, repairs, and preventative maintenance of the property. This is a hands-on role for a dependable, self-motivated maintenance professional.
Responsibilities:
- Complete maintenance requests and preventative maintenance.
- Perform HVAC, plumbing, electrical, drywall, appliance, and general building repairs.
- Maintain property grounds, including snow removal.
- Coordinate with contractors and respond to after-hours emergencies.
- Safely operate company vehicles and maintenance equipment.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of maintenance or construction experience.
- HVAC and plumbing experience preferred; EPA License is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and personal tools required.
- Self-motivated with strong troubleshooting and repair skills.
