Day in the Life of a Banquets Server Assistant Our club in Atlanta, GA is seeking to hire a full‑time Banquets Server Assistant. You quickly set up and break down tables. With a keen eye for detail, you also maintain banquet rooms as required. You provide outstanding customer service to members and their guests, welcoming everyone and giving immediate attention to all needs. You are careful to keep banquet rooms and the service pantry clean and organized. You take pride in your areas, adhere to health codes and cleaning procedures, and complete side work. You enjoy working on our beautiful grounds and facilities and find great satisfaction in helping our members and guests have a great dining experience. Work Schedule This full‑time position requires working variable shifts, including nights, weekends, and some holidays. Requirements High School Diploma or GED Some comparable busser or wait‑service experience preferred Exceptional customer service skills Ability to be on your feet for long periods of time and push, pull or lift up to 30 lbs. Experience in a country club environment or other hospitality‑type work experiences is highly desirable, but multiple factors will be taken into consideration.
