Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner Or Physician Assistant)Pulmonary Medicine Associates (PMA) is seeking a motivated and compassionate Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our dynamic outpatient Pulmonology & Sleep Medicine team in our Roseville clinic. This is an excellent opportunity to practice at the top of your license in a collaborative, supportive environment focused on delivering high-quality respiratory and sleep care. This is a full time, exempt position Monday through Friday. Training is provided. Competitive salary and excellent benefits.As an Outpatient APP in Pulmonology & Sleep Medicine, you will:Under the general supervision of a physician, evaluate and manage patients with chronic respiratory conditions including asthma, COPD, bronchiectasis, interstitial lung disease, pulmonary nodules, and chronic coughDiagnose and treat sleep disorders such as obstructive sleep apnea, central sleep apnea, and hypersomnia.Manage CPAP/BiPAP therapy and adherenceDevelop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with board-certified pulmonologistsProvide patient education on inhaler techniques, disease management, smoking cessation, and sleep hygieneCoordinate care with primary care providers and other specialistsParticipate in quality improvement and evidence-based practice initiativesBenefitsMedical, Dental, Vision, Life, LTD401k with generous company matchBonus potential based on company approved metrics.Relocation AssistanceMalpractice insuranceRequirementsGraduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant programActive state license and national board certificationDEA registration (or eligibility)ACLS RequiredStrong clinical and communication skills
