Family Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant in Sacramento, CA

Practice Overview

• Hybrid Model: ~50% outpatient float clinic coverage and ~50% telemedicine
• Care Model: 100% outpatient-only; zero call or inpatient duties
• Scope of Practice: Full-scope primary care and minor outpatient procedures (cryotherapy, I&D)
• Support System: Collaborative, team-based environment alongside board-certified physicians and experienced APPs

Schedule

• Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (No nights or weekends)
• Structure: Multi-month clinic rotations for clinical continuity, paired with remote flexibility
• Patient Volume: Manageable pace (~3 patients per hour after initial ramp-up)

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: Competitive base salary based on experience and training

• Active, unencumbered California NP or PA license
