Overview Base pay range: $16.00/hr - $23.00/hr Position Summary: We are looking for people who take pride in their work to join our team. Responsibilities In the member assist – cart attendant role, you are responsible for ensuring members see a well-kept parking lot which includes helping members with their purchases, and ensure there are carts ready and available. You will assist our members helping them load their vehicles and support creating a great member experience. This role requires being on your feet and on the go, rain or shine. What you’ll do Ensures club pick up orders are filled by contacting members to notify when pickup time is delayed; informs members when products are unavailable; offers alternatives; ensures items are dispensed when members arrive for pickup; resolves member issues and concerns; and promotes company products and services. Maintains safety of facility by conducting safety checks; follows procedures for handling merchandise; and reports unsafe situations to facility management. Provides member service by acknowledging members and identifying needs; assists with purchasing decisions; processes purchases; assists with payments according to company policies; uses cash registers; locates and organizes merchandise; zones designated areas; resolves issues; promotes products and services; maintains availability of carts/flatbeds; assists with transporting items; uses cart retrieval equipment; maintains parking lot cleanliness. Complies with company policies, procedures, and ethics; uses Open Door Policy in business processes and practices. Completes work assignments by using policies, data, and resources; collaborates with managers and coworkers; identifies priorities and deadlines; communicates progress; addresses improvement opportunities; adapts to change and feedback.
