Accountant

Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated General Accountant to join our accounting team. This role is ideal for candidates with 1–7 years of accounting experience who are looking to grow their career in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. The General Accountant will support day-to-day accounting operations, month-end close activities, financial reporting, reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and accounting standards. Key Responsibilities Prepare and post journal entries and maintain general ledger accounts Assist with month-end and year-end close processes Perform account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies Support financial statement preparation and internal reporting Analyze financial data and provide accounting support to management Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions as needed Assist with audits and provide requested documentation Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls Participate in process improvement initiatives and special projects Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting 1–7 years of accounting experience in public accounting and/or industry Strong understanding of general accounting principles and financial reporting Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Required Experience Experience with month-end close and reconciliations Familiarity with financial reporting and audit support Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) Paid time off and holidays Professional development and growth opportunities #J-18808-Ljbffr Fusion HCR
