This position is responsible for inputting customer/account data from source documents into excel worksheets and computer systems, reviewing data for deficiencies and correcting errors, generating reports, storing completed work in designated drives and folders, using data collections/inputs to complete filings and documents, and performing support for the Regulatory department, such as scanning documents and documenting processes.

Essential Job Functions:

• Assists in completion of cost separation studies, NECA Settlements and tariff filings.

• Gathers and analyzes information and prepares revenue projections, traffic and plant data analyses and other various Regulatory and Accounting reports.

• Prepares reports, correspondence, and presentations by utilizing Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and other office databases and graphics programs.

• Prioritizes and manages workload effectively to meet project and filing deadlines.

• Processes customer payments to customer accounts and to the bank.

• Follows established procedures and guidelines for regulatory filings and accounting data entry.

• Performs clerical duties that may include but are not limited to filing, opening and sorting mail, proofreading documents, assembling packets, etc.

• Tracks office supply inventory and coordinates ordering office supplies.

• Adheres to company policies and procedures regarding confidential information and data processing.

• Adapts to additional projects that are assigned by management.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• 5 years in a telecommunications office setting.

• Knowledge of Company policies and general office practices and procedures.

• Working knowledge of Company specific equipment and applications (i.e., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and

Outlook) and awareness of accounting principles and procedures a plus.

• Capability to communicate with customers, co-workers and various business contacts in a professional,

confidential, and courteous manner through oral and written skills.

• Must be highly motivated, a self-starter and have excellent organizational skills to effectively complete

tasks in a timely and detailed manner.
