Objectives Provide comprehensive Medical Nutrition Therapy across diverse patient populations. Develop individualized care plans and use motivational interviewing to drive patient engagement. Complete timely documentation of patient care and follow‑up tasks in Healthie (EMR) to support patient outcomes and organizational standards. Collaborate with colleagues and care team members to ensure continuity of patient support. Engage in ongoing professional development to strengthen skills and support career advancement. Competencies Advanced clinical judgment and independence in managing a variety of patient cases. Strong communication and counseling skills to build relationships and support long‑term engagement. Proficiency in internal systems, including Healthie (EMR), Hive (task management), and Google Workspace. Comfort working in a Mac‑based environment, with strong general computer literacy. Adaptability and professionalism in balancing patient care, administrative tasks, and professional development. Demonstrated alignment with Sensibly Sprouted’s mission, vision, and core values.
