\n \nModern Therapy Group is a fast-growing, multi-state mental health practice with 40+ clinicians. We specialize in insurance-based therapy and are expanding into integrated services — including nutrition, wellness, and behavioral health.
\nWe're building a collaborative care model where dietitians work directly with therapists to improve client outcomes and retention, and we're looking for a Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) to join that team.
\n \nRole Overview
\nYou'll support clients navigating:
\n- \n
- Emotional and binge eating \n
- Disordered eating patterns \n
- Body image concerns \n
- ADHD-related eating habits \n
- General wellness and lifestyle optimization \n
You'll receive consistent referrals from our therapy and intake teams, allowing you to build a full caseload quickly — no marketing required. We have an immediate caseload available (10–20+ referrals/month to start) .
\n \nResponsibilities
\n- \n
- Provide virtual nutrition counseling sessions \n
- Collaborate with therapists on shared clients \n
- Develop individualized nutrition plans \n
- Complete timely documentation in our EHR (SimplePractice) \n
- Maintain high clinical and ethical standards \n
Qualifications
\n- \n
- Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) credential \n
- Active license in New York (required) \n
- Experience with behavioral health, eating disorders, or wellness preferred \n
- Strong communication and collaboration skills \n
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-based environment \n
