Inpatient Clinical Dietitian: Nutrition Expert
Advocate Health
Advocate Health seeks a Clinical Dietitian to deliver Medical Nutrition Therapy to the hospital’s inpatient population, assessing nutritional needs and developing individualized care plans. You will document care in the EMR to support reimbursement and quality metrics.
Responsibilities include prescribing nutrition support, collaborating with physicians, nursing, pharmacy, and care management, and guiding diet modifications to meet patient needs and preferences.
