Cybersecurity Compliance Analyst

The Opportunity:Support federal cybersecurity compliance by developing, updating, and maintaining security documentation required to achieve and sustain system authorization and work closely with ISSOs, engineers, and program leadership to prepare Assessment and Authorization (A&A) packages, assess security controls, manage POA&Ms, and support continuous monitoring across cloud, hybrid, and on‑premise environments . Work with the stakeholders to develop, evaluate, document, and implement cybersecurity policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs) or regulations to meet NIST and federal governmental requirements. Apply functional knowledge of documentation standards, including working and general industry knowledge in support of cybersecurity programs. Work independently with some guidance. The projected compensation range for this position is $55,200.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
