Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Mountain Ridge Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, located in Black Mountain, NC, is a Long-Term Care facility that provides quality care to our residents. We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

Provide supervision of staff and safeguard the health, safety, and welfare of all Residents under your care by following applicable laws, regulations, and established nursing policies and procedures.
Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans for Residents.
Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians.
Monitor and report changes in Residents' conditions to the Director of Nursing and other healthcare professionals.
Participate in resident care conferences and other interdisciplinary team meetings.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Current State License as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
LTC/SNF Experience Preferred.
