We are hiring a reliable Office Support Assistant to help manage daily office workflow and assist with basic marketing tasks. This role supports the Office Administrator by handling incoming communication, organizing customer data, and helping keep operations and marketing activity moving efficiently.

This is a support role working directly under the Office Administrator, focused on assisting with real-time tasks and improving overall workflow.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls quickly and professionally
• Enter customer leads into CRM/phone system
• Route leads to the correct salesman or estimator
• Maintain and update customer records
• Manage scheduling in Apple Calendar
• Assist with basic social media posting and updates (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
• Support general office and administrative tasks as needed

Role Structure

You will work directly under the Office Administrator and assist with daily operational workflow. Tasks will be delegated as they arise, and you will be trained on systems and processes as you grow in the role.
