This role serves as a critical link between operations, finance, payroll, and administration, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of day-to-day business functions.Schedule:Monday - FridayFlexible Hours, Full-timeWhat you will do:Process daily batching and posting of invoices and financial transactions.Prepare and process customer refunds and adjustment invoices.Collect and apply payments as needed.Process and reconcile cash and check deposits.Balance and resolve financial items received from the Home Office.Update invoices and maintain accurate customer account records.Correct and rebook estimates that were scheduled incorrectly.Apply discounts to align with sold estimates and approved pricing.Unsell canceled estimates and ensure records are updated appropriately.Monitor invoices with outstanding balances and communicate follow-up needs with Accounts Receivable teams.Maintain accurate financial documentation and support month-end reconciliation activities.Serve as a key administrative support resource for daily business operations.Ensure financial and operational records are accurate and up to date.Coordinate with field teams, management, Accounts Receivable, and Home Office personnel to resolve issues efficiently.Assist with special projects, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.Maintain confidentiality of employee and financial information.What you bring:Ability to manage and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.Service Titan Experience or similar (highly preferred)Detail OrientedSelf motivatedWho we are:Medical, Vision, Dental Insurance401k + matchPaid life insurancePTO
