Job Title: Sales Representative – Premier Product Lines Key Responsibilities: Perform best‑in‑class sales and service to consumers, demonstrating knowledge and enthusiasm for TTI products. Support and implement strategic corporate brand marketing initiatives and promotional activities. Maintain regular contact with store associates and management to cultivate strong relationships. Monitor weekly sales and analyze monthly results to identify additional opportunities and understand the competition. Plan and execute in‑store product training sessions, demonstrations, and demo events, store walks, trade shows, etc. All interactions with peers, customers, and management are conducted professionally. Ensure store and product aesthetic through proper merchandising, positioning, and objective completion. Manage inventory levels for product availability, including down‑stocking and participation in merchandising installations. Provide direct sales to customers within the retail environment. Perform any additional duties assigned by supervisor to meet the company's goals of continual improvement. Job / Employment Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in retail sales, field sales, or customer service. Minimum age 21 years. Valid US driver’s license with at least one year of driving experience and ability to pass a drug screen and motor vehicle report screening. Valid personal vehicle insurance is required. Travel to assigned store locations, meetings, projects, and events; small transport of company property (demo tools, toolkit, supplies) may be required. Ability to work nights and weekends; full‑time retail‑environment scheduling. Physical ability to stand for the duration of shift, lift up to 50 lbs., reach overhead, and maneuver small objects. Microsoft Office proficiency. Self‑motivated, team player with strong organizational, planning, and time management skills. Bi‑lingual preferred (basic communication in Spanish). Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
