Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Family Medicine Physician for an established outpatient community health organization in Aurora, Colorado.

POSITION OVERVIEW
• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to adult and pediatric patients
• Join a mission-driven community health organization serving diverse and underserved populations
• Maintain a manageable patient volume with a maximum of 18 patients per day
• Collaborate with an experienced multidisciplinary healthcare team
• Practice in a modern outpatient environment focused on quality patient outcomes

COMPENSATION
• $203,734-$233,216 Base Salary
• Quarterly Bonus Opportunities
• Relocation Assistance Available

SCHEDULE
• Flexible Four or Five-Day Work Week
• No Nights
• No Weekends
• No On-Call Responsibilities

• Board Certified Family Medicine Physician REQUIRED
• Minimum Two Years of Clinical Experience REQUIRED
• Active, Unrestricted Colorado Medical License REQUIRED
• MD or DO Degree REQUIRED
• Commitment to Caring for Diverse and Underserved Populations
• Strong Outpatient Primary Care Skills
