We're looking for a Contract Clerk who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with paperwork, and takes pride in making sure every document is accurate, complete, and where it needs to be. You'll play a key role in keeping our deals moving forward and our team supportedbecause without you, the magic doesn't happen.

Responsibilities

• Bill all new and used car deals and post into accounting.
• Organize all paperwork in each deal, check for accuracy and completeness.
• Process pay-off checks for trade-ins and mail to appropriate financial institutions.
• Route paid deals to the title clerk as soon as money is received.
• Reconciling schedules.
• Provide administrative support to management and other departments as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in automotive dealership accounting required
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in Dealership Contracts Desk
• Exceptional working knowledge of Dealership DMS, preferably CDK
• Ability to handle multiple tasks
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in financial management.
• Proficiency in 10-key skills
• Good social and interpersonal skills
