We are a buy, sell, trade fashion store for young adults, carrying thousands of mall and luxury brands at up to 80% off regular retail prices. We make fashion more sustainable by giving gently used clothing a second life. We're looking for full-time and part-time Buyers who have a passion for style, excellent judgment, and enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment. Responsibilities Evaluate and purchase gently used clothing, shoes, handbags, and accessories based on current trends and company buying standards Deliver an exceptional experience for customers selling items to the store Stay up to date on fashion brands, seasonal trends, and market demand Organize and process incoming and outgoing inventory efficiently Merchandise and replenish the sales floor to create an exciting shopping experience Help maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment Assist with social media content and in-store promotions Lead by example by demonstrating professionalism, positivity, and outstanding customer service Work collaboratively as a team player to help create a fun and supportive workplace culture Benefits Competitive pay Performance bonus potential Employee discount Advancement opportunities Opportunity to be part of the opening team for Nevada's first Uptown Cheapskate location Compensation $14.00 - $16.00 per hour based on experience Our Buyers play one of the most important roles in our store by selecting the inventory our customers love. Every month, Uptown Cheapskate buys and resells thousands of gently used clothing items at a fraction of their original retail price. Our stores feel more like a boutique than a thrift shop, making secondhand shopping fun, fashionable, and accessible. We're looking for individuals who are professional, dependable, and eager to learn.
