Job Title Quality Control Inspector II / UKG Detail Lane Leader Job Summary Responsible for ensuring that all products, parts, or completed work leaving the shop meet established quality standards, specifications, and customer expectations. This role combines hands‑on inspection with team leadership, overseeing detailers and serving as the final checkpoint before delivery. Responsibilities Conduct inspections on finished work to verify compliance with quality standards. Lead and supervise detailers in a high‑volume environment. Act as the final checkpoint before vehicle delivery to ensure customer satisfaction. Document findings and coordinate any rework or corrective actions. Benefits Hourly base pay rate: $16.59 – $24.86 per hour. Paid time off: minimum 16 hours per month, 7 holidays per year.
