Located in the heart of Alabama’s capital at the Renaissance Montgomery Hotel & Spa at the Convention Center, The Spa at Montgomery is a premier urban sanctuary on the prestigious RTJ Spa Trail. We deliver a “mosaic” spa experience featuring globally inspired treatments and holistic wellness in a beautifully appointed setting.
Guests can enjoy infrared sauna, whirlpools, fitness center, salon services, and signature offerings designed for relaxation, recovery, and rejuvenation. The Spa has been recognized among the Top 100 Spas in America by Spas of America and is known for exceptional service and a commitment to both guest and associate wellbeing.
What You Will Bring to the Table:
3+ years spa leadership (supervisory & above)
Strong knowledge of spa services & practices
Retail, pricing, & inventory experience
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Spa Director in effectively managing the day-to-day operations of the spa, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
Take on the responsibilities of the Spa Director in their absence, ensuring continuity and seamless operations.
Lead by example in delivering exceptional guest service, fostering positive guest relations, and handling any guest issues or complaints effectively.
