Role Description The Account Manager is a full-time, hybrid in person and remote based in Denver, CO. This role is responsible for managing a portfolio of client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact, and ensuring that merchandise programs are executed accurately and on schedule. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams across creative, production, e-commerce, warehousing, and fulfillment, translating client needs into clear project requirements, and monitoring timelines, budgets, and deliverables. The Account Manager will track order status, resolve issues, manage approvals and changes, and maintain up-to-date documentation in CRM or project management tools. The role also focuses on building long-term client relationships, identifying opportunities to expand services, and contributing to process improvements that enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Client relationship and communication skills, including account management, stakeholder coordination, and service-oriented problem solving.
  • Project and operations skills, such as timeline management, workflow coordination across creative, production, and fulfillment, and attention to detail.
  • Sales and business development awareness, including identifying client growth opportunities, upselling services, and supporting proposal or quoting processes.
  • Technical and analytical skills, including comfort with CRM or ERP systems, e-commerce platforms, order tracking tools, and basic data analysis for reporting.
  • Organizational and administrative skills, including documentation, prioritization, multitasking in a fast-paced environment, and follow-through on commitments.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities and capacity to collaborate with cross-functional teams on-site.
  • Prior experience in printing, merchandise, apparel, or related production environments is highly beneficial.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience in account management or client services.
