Location: Fort Wayne, IN, US About the Role The Team Lead manages a small team handling life and health reinsurance claims, making sure they are processed accurately and on time. They provide leadership, oversee daily operations, and help the team adapt to new processes and changes. The role also involves working with different teams across the business to deliver strong service to clients. Key areas of focus include claims processing, data quality, team development, and improving processes. About the Team The team focuses on delivering high-quality work, collaborating effectively, and continuously improving. The Team Lead supports and develops team members, provides clear direction, and helps them adapt to change. They also promote a positive, high‑performing team environment by encouraging engagement, giving regular feedback, and helping the team adopt new ways of working. About You Sound experience managing a team Proven decision‑making and interpersonal skills Experience with claims (L&H) is highly desirable Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills Strong computer skills (e.g., PowerPoint, Word, Access, Excel, Power BI) Willingness to learn new tools and applications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Accounting/Finance Nice to have Completion of LOMA 1,2 Reinsurance Admin or equivalent Knowledge of insurance and products Our company has a hybrid work model where the expectation is that you will be in the office three days per week. This role is not eligible for relocation assistance or visa sponsorship. The estimated base salary range for this position is $69,000 to $115,000.
