Expected start date to end date: September 2026 to September 2027 Working hours: Full time, 40 hours a week As aMarketing and Project Management Intern, you will work directly with theChief of Stafffor SAP Americas Regional Marketing to help keep internal operations structured, efficient, and on track. This role offers hands-on exposure to marketing strategy, business operations, and cross-functional project execution at enterprise scale. This is a unique opportunity to serve as aCoS Fellow-in-Training—gaining visibility into how leadership decisions are made and executed while contributing meaningfully to the day-to-day rhythm of the team. Key Responsibilities Assist with maintaining and improvinginternal documentation, process guides, and planning frameworks Create and formatpresentations, reports, and communications decksfor internal and leadership meetings Help organize and prepare forweekly staff calls, planning sessions, and operating cadences Collaborate with the Chief of Staff onstrategic initiatives, including team enablement, operations improvements, and internal communications Support development of executive presentations and communications while upholding SAP brand standards and brand tools Jump intoad hoc projectsthat support agility and structure across the team Independently manage some communications projects including internal field communications, post-event recap reports, team SharePoint pages, and more Independently manage some marketing campaigns – liaising with vendors, cross functional team coordination, tracking demand generation results and optimizing campaign to business objectives What You Bring Current undergraduate or graduate student (or recent grad) inBusiness, Marketing, Communications, or a related field Highly organized, process-oriented, and detail-obsessed Excellent communicator—clear, concise, and professional in writing and speaking Comfortable handling multiple projects in a fast-paced, virtual team environment Curious and eager to learn aboutmarketing operations, executive support, communications and project leadership Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite - PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Co-Pilot, as well as Canva and basic video editing What You’ll Gain Real-world experience supporting marketing operations at aglobal enterprise level Exposure tostrategic decision-making and operational executionin a large, matrixed organization Mentorship from theChief of Staffand visibility into senior leadership Strengthened skills inproject management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration A professional edge for future roles in business operations, strategy, or marketing leadership If you're organized, resourceful, and excited to see how world-class marketing teams stay aligned and effective, we want to hear from you.
