Job Description Work with a great UX Team At many places, youare the only UX person, or have to sell the value of UX. That is not the case at this company! We value UX Research and testing (this is a luxury for many UX professionals) and take time to do it The initial project will be the design and integration of our Learning portals. This isn’t developing learning/training materials (that’s already done). We have multiple portals where people go to get training and we need to get them to work together in a way that makes sense for our users. There is also a home grown learning game platform that is part of the mix as well. Qualifications Primary Skills: Interaction Design UX Research & Testing Nice to Have: Visual Design We have other visual designers, developers and content strategists who can contribute, so that’s why these skills aren’t as critical for the project. Required Experience: Project Management & Leadership (they will be in charge of large UX projects) Strong Communicator – both written and verbal. They need to be able to sell their ideas. Agile – Nice to Have Experience: Enterprise UX – it would be helpful if they’ve had experience doing UX work for large enterprises. It is a different mindset and expectations. Portfolio is Mandatory!
