Our client is an established, growing network automation software company in the Greater Boston area. Their no-code platform helps IT operations teams scale hybrid, multi-cloud networks by automating troubleshooting, outage prevention, and change management, and it is used by many of the world's largest enterprises and managed service providers.

What We Need

Our client is hiring a Senior Solutions Marketing Manager to lead how the platform comes to life through use cases and solutions aligned to buyer needs. Solutions surface from many places, including sales conversations, customer patterns, product capabilities, and partners. This role takes the ones worth pursuing and turns them into a packaged, sellable story: positioning, proof points, and go-to-market plans that reach buyers wherever they encounter the company. You will partner with the Solutions Marketing team, Product, Sales, and Partners to translate the platform into solutions buyers can find, evaluate, and buy.

What You’ll Do

• Use case & solution discovery. Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Product on discovery, then lead the work of turning the best opportunities into positioning, proof points, and launch content buyers and sellers can use immediately, complementing Product Marketing's work on core capabilities.
• Partner go-to-market. Work with the Partner team on go-to-market plans for partner-delivered solutions: packaging and promoting joint solutions, building co-branded positioning and sales assets, and defining the co-sell play. Bring in Product Marketing support so partner-sourced solutions carry the same quality as any other use case.
• Industry & vertical solution plays. Identify which verticals deserve a dedicated play, then translate platform value into vertical-specific proof points, messaging, and content with input from the field, as a repeatable process the business can use as it expands.

What You Bring

• 6–10 years in product marketing or solutions marketing in B2B software; infrastructure, networking, or IT operations experience is a strong plus
• Experience building a use‑case or solution narrative from scratch: identifying it, positioning it, and turning it into content that sells
• Experience building a joint go‑to‑market play with partners (co‑branded positioning, joint sales assets, or a defined co‑sell motion)
• A track record of keeping a growing body of solution content organized and current
• Ability to translate a general platform story into an industry‑or segment‑specific narrative
• Ability to manage several concurrent workstreams (a use‑case launch, a partner play, a vertical rollout) without losing quality
• A habit of asking "how does this show up for the buyer" rather than staying at the strategy level
• Low ego and high ownership, with a desire to grow into broader solutions marketing leadership
• Background in network management, observability, or infrastructure automation is nice to have
• Experience with marketing platforms that use AI, agentic, or automation capabilities is a plus

What’s Offered

The estimated base salary is $139,000–$165,000 plus bonus, depending on qualifications and market factors, along with a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k) and medical/dental coverage.
