Our organization, a leading physician-led health system in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area, is in search of a fellowship-trained Colon & Rectal Surgeon.

Key Responsibilities

• Focus exclusively on Colorectal Surgery - No general surgery duties required.
• Practice within a nationally recognized Cancer Institute and a cutting-edge quaternary care facility featuring over 50 operating rooms and 6 DaVinci Robots.
• Engage in colorectal cancer treatment, benign conditions, screening colonoscopies, and diagnostic endoscopies (subspecialty interests are also encouraged).
• Benefit from dedicated Advanced Practice Provider (APP) support at a ratio of 2:1 or 1:1.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of cancer specialists and a comprehensive cancer care support staff.
• Regularly work alongside Urology, Plastic Surgery, Acute Care, Surgical Oncology, Orthopedic Oncology, and General Surgery teams.
• Enjoy a balanced work schedule with a 32-hour, 4-day work week.

Compensation and Benefits

• Attractive salary ranging from $550,000 to $600,000, based on experience.
• Comprehensive benefits package including over 6 weeks of paid time off in the first year, increasing to 7 weeks in subsequent years, along with a 401K match, malpractice coverage, and health/dental/vision insurance.
